Supporting data for “Immunoprofiling as biomarkers for responses to immunotherapy in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma”

Presented data contains immune profile of four independent cohorts as advanced HCC patients who has responded to immunotherapy, advanced HCC patients who has progressed disease after immunotherapy, newly diagnosed HCC patients at advanced stage (HKLC staging system), and healthy subjects from Hong Kong Red Cross. Immune profile contains major types of immune cells such as conventional and unconventional T cell, NK cell, B cell, MDSCs.

所提供数据集包含四个独立队列的免疫谱系，分别涉及对免疫疗法有响应的晚期肝细胞癌（HCC）患者、免疫疗法后疾病进展的晚期HCC患者、处于晚期阶段的初诊HCC患者（依据香港肝细胞癌分期系统，HKLC），以及来自香港红十字会健康受试者。免疫谱系涵盖主要免疫细胞类型，如传统及非传统T细胞、自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）、B细胞以及髓源性抑制细胞（MDSCs）。
