FD-DOS data of healthy subjects during rest

This dataset comprises FD-DOS data collected on 152 healthy adults. Each participant was required to sit and stay still for two minutes of data collection. The data was collected with an optical probe that comprises one detector and four sources, yielding four source-detector separations at distances of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 cm. The values in the .csv file represent the average over the entire acquisition time. FD-DOS data was acquired with a commercial device (Imagent, ISS, Inc., Illinois, USA).
For each participant, data might have been collected in three different locations (1: forehead, 2: breast, 3: muscle). Each location has specific regions that are also numbered (check wiki for reference).
