Short Writeup: EGP version 1.3 on 1000 Genomes Project 2504 Dataset: Short-read WGS CRAM files were downloaded through the paths present in this file https://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data_collections/1000G_2504_high_coverage/1000G_2504_high_coverage.sequence.index. Please note that the index files are there as well. You just have to append a .crai. The results are shown below:
