The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) data sets between siScrambled negative control groups and YAP, TAZ, or YAP/TAZ knockdown groups Overall design: siRNA mediated knockdowns of YAP, TAZ, and YAP/TAZ were performed on mel537 melanoma cell. RNA was collected 2 days post transfection and sequenced, in duplicate, and sequenced with Illumina HiSeq4000 to study the transcriptome profiles difference between different KD genotypes on mel537 melanoma cells.
