Characterization of the effect of Ceralasertib and aPDL1 on CT26 tumours

The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of an ATR inhibitor (Ceralasertib) dosed in combination with PD-L1 (checkpoint inhibitor) on the immune infiltrate in CT26 tumours
Conclusion:
The ATR inhibitor Ceralasertib potentiates cancer checkpoint immunotherapy by regulating the tumour microenvironment
Notes:
Tumours were established then treated for 14 days before being harvested. The single cell suspensions were stained across two 20-plex barcoded pools, using one cocktail and acquired over multiple days on CyTOF. Analysis of live Pt- CD45+CD3+ cells was conducted after spill matrix applied to files Live (Pt negative) single cell events analysed after debarcoding. Focused analysis on CD45+CD3+ for publication
