International Leisure Sport Tourism to Mental Health dataset

This dataset originates from a three-wave study on the mechanisms linking International Leisure Sport Tourism to Mental Health and Subjective Well-Being. The research tested direct and indirect effects using a mixed-effects model and identified two chain mediation pathways: (1) Self-Efficacy → Positive Emotion Regulation → Mental Health, and (2) Body Image → Self-Acceptance → Mental Health. It also examined the moderating role of Cultural Experience in the link between Mental Health and Subjective Well-Being. The dataset includes eight latent constructs assessed with validated psychological scales on a 7-point Likert scale.
