YAMAT-seq for Sileneae and Solanum tuberosum

tRNA-seq data from isolated mitochondria and total cellular samples from four Sileneae species, Agrostemma githago, Silene conica, Silene latifolia, and Silene noctiflora. In addition, tRNA-seq data was generated from a mitochondrial and total cellular sample from the more distantly related Solanum tuberosum. Species in the tribe Sileneae have lost multiple mitochondrial tRNAs and this study aimed to characterize the mitochondrial tRNA pools in each species, including those still encoded in the mitochondrial genome as well as the imported nuclear-encoded tRNAs.
