The dataset is arranged by chapter. Data related to chapter 3 includes a pathogenicity test of Verticillium dahliae strains, daul culture, Effect of culture filtrate of antagonists on radial growth of V. dahliae and MS germination and Effect of antagonistic fungi on Verticillium wilt development under glasshouse conditions. <br>
Data related to chapter 4 includes root exudates (effect of root exudates on MS germination, effect of root exudates on pathogen in dual culture, effect of root exudates on fungi weight, effect of amino acids, organic acids and sugars on MS germination and Integration between sugars and biocontrol agents for controlling Verticillium Wilt under glasshouse condition)<br>
Data related to chapter 5 includes measurements of systemic resistance (ISR) including induced systemic resistance, Spectrophotometer test for peroxidase and Protein stain<br>
Data related to chapter 6 includes improvement of biocontrol of verticillium wilt of tomato by abiotic factor Salicylic Acid (SA) including the effect of SA on radial growth of the fungi, effect of SA concentrations on seed germination, Vigor index, effect of SA concentrations on Verticillium wilt and effect of SA and antagonistic fungi on Verticillium wilt.
