Isolation and re-connection: the demographic history and multiple contact zones of the Green Odorous Frog (Odorrana margaretae) around the Sichuan Basin

Double-digest RADseq data revealed the green odorous frog (Odorrana margaretae) displays a circular distributional pattern around the Sichuan Basin of western China. With its replicate contact zones between lineages at various levels of differentiation, the species is poised to make an excellent model system for understanding the process of speciation.
