RNA sequencing of control, DNMT1 knockout and DNMT1/L1TD1 double knockout haploid cells (HAP1)

To investigate the effects of L1TD1 ablation in DNMT1 knockout HAP-1 cells in comparison to DNMT1 knockout and control HAP1 cells Overall design: For RNA sequencing three control, three DNMT1 Knockout and three DNMT1/L1TD1 double knockout samples were isolated and RNA was and then used for RNA sequencing. The aim was to do the analysis of differentially expressed genes across the three conditions to determine the effects of L1TD1 ablation in DNMT1 knockout HAP1 cells and in comparison to control cells. Repeat samples were performed using the original libraries run in a separate lane. They were later merged in the analysis.
