RNA-Seq of leaves and shoot apical meristems of plagiotropic and orthotropic shoots in P. oceanica

We used genome-wide gene expression profiling to find signatures of clonal integration between different shoot types in the seagrass Posidonia oceanica exposed to chronic low-light stress. A comparative analysis of leaves and shoot-apical meristems was performed to identify potential early-warning indicators.
