Hits to EPSPS and other genes encoding herbicide target sites from 454 genomic sequencing in A. palmeri. BLAST searches performed against all raw reads and unigene only (contigs+singletons) databases.

Raw read hits were normalized to 1000 bp for each gene query. Unigene searches include full length coding sequences for each gene and percent coverage in parentheses. All BLAST searches were conducted with an E-value cutoff of 10−50 and >90% sequence similarity.
