The predictors (somatic and cognitive subscale) were entered together in each regression analyses.*For analysis of CRP, IL-18, IL-1-ra, and Albumin subjects with a self reported influenza infection, common cold or other inflammatory diseases during the last week before examination or CRP≥10 mg/dl are excluded. All biomarkers except for Albumin and CRP were log transformed.
