Whole-genome resequencing data of Wuhua yellow chicken

Wuhua yellow chicken is a local breed originating from Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. This project conducted whole-genome resequencing on 315 Wuhua yellow hens with an average sequencing depth of 12.18X. Simultaneously, phenotypic traits including egg production performance, feather color, feather type, and comb morphology were measured, providing fundamental data for comprehensively elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying these traits in Wuhua yellow chickens.
