The nucleotides in brackets are the ones most frequently represented in sequences found from NCBI GenBank.The asterisk (*) marks the substitution that was not found in any of the clones and therefore is calculated using direct sequencing results only.For specimen V2 the results displayed here are the average from the experiments where 100 ng of DNA was used; for specimen V3 they are the average from four successful experiments (see Table 2).
