R3PACK WP4 Dataset T4.5 - Shelf-life simulation results for pineapple wedges and lamb's lettuce

Results of a series of shelf-life simulations for pineapple wedges and lamb's lettuce studied within the R3PACK project. The "Overview" tab contains an overview of the simulation conditions (packaging perforations, content) for each simulation. Each of the other tabs contains the simulation results for the respective conditions with time [d], mean oxygen partial pressure [Pa], mean carbon dioxide partial pressure [Pa], oxygen partial pressure standard deviation [Pa], and carbon dioxide partial pressure standard deviation [Pa]. The simulations are the results of the application of the Fraunhofer IVV Shelf-Life Modelling tool IVVSL. Respiration parameters were randomly drawn from a standard distribution over 100 simulations each.
