Urinary peptidomic signatures predict overall and progression-free survival in bladder cancer
收藏资源简介:
CE–MS urinary peptide data supporting the study “Urinary peptidomic signatures predict overall and progression-free survival in bladder cancer”This dataset provides the raw urinary peptide intensity data generated by capillary electrophoresis–mass spectrometry (CE–MS) from patients included in the study “Urinary peptidomic signatures predict overall and progression-free survival in bladder cancer.”The dataset consists of original Bruker CE–MS output files (.BAF, .AMI, .IDX, .XTR, and related formats) representing raw spectral data acquired from urine samples collected prior to clinical intervention. These data capture peptide intensity and migration time information, used for identifying survival-associated peptides and developing the prognostic BC110 classifier. The files can be reprocessed using Bruker DataAnalysis and MosaiquesVisu software or equivalent CE–MS compatible tools. They allow independent verification, re-quantification, and cross-study validation of urinary peptide biomarkers linked to extracellular-matrix (ECM) remodeling and patient outcomes.Data acquisition and normalization followed standard operating procedures for CE–MS–based urinary proteomics, with calibration to internal collagen peptide standards to ensure inter-sample comparability. 140314J000005.zip, Contains Cohort 1 with urinary CE–MS raw data from 131 patients. 240626O000004.zip, Contains Cohort 2 with urinary CE–MS raw data from112 patients. DataTransferXML11032026, Contains HF controls with urinary CE–MS raw data from 96. HF controls meta data,Contains meta data of 96 HF controls.
