通过DSC实验,测量了多组不同升降温速率下比热容随温度变化的曲线。在此基础上,探究了TNM模型的各个参数对温度-比热容曲线的影响,提出了通过根据比热容曲线形状逐步缩小确定TNM模型参数和借助最小二乘拟合法确定TNM模型参数两种方法。接着将TNM模型参数转换成了可供Marc在退火阶段仿真输入KWW方程形式。通过求解的结构松弛参数进行玻璃退火过程仿真预测了该过程中玻璃体积的变化,并与借助热膨胀模型预测的玻璃体积进行了对比,两者结果相差约20%。数据量为1.57MB。

Through DSC experiments, curves of specific heat capacity varying with temperature under multiple heating and cooling rates were measured. On this basis, the effects of each parameter of the TNM model on the temperature-specific heat capacity curves were investigated, and two methods for determining the TNM model parameters were proposed: one is to gradually narrow down the parameters based on the shape of the specific heat capacity curves, and the other is to determine the parameters via the least squares fitting method. Subsequently, the TNM model parameters were converted into the form of the KWW equation that can be used as simulation input for Marc during the annealing stage. Using the solved structural relaxation parameters, simulations of the glass annealing process were conducted to predict the glass volume variation during this process, and the results were compared with those predicted by the thermal expansion model, with a relative difference of approximately 20% between the two sets of results. The total data size is 1.57 MB.
