Environmentally Friendly Novel Macromolecular Leveler IMDPGE with High Electroplating Performance

This dataset contains all raw and processed experimental data generated to support the manuscript entitled “Environmentally Friendly Novel Macromolecular Leveler IMDPGE with High Electroplating Performance” submitted to Royal Society Open Science (RSOS-261181). All experimental measurements were conducted under consistent electroplating conditions to investigate the performance of the newly synthesized macromolecular leveler IMDPGE. The dataset includes electrochemical test data, surface morphology characterization data, coating performance parameters, and comparative experimental results of commercial levelers. All data files are fully annotated, standardized, and can be used to replicate the electroplating experiments, analyze leveling mechanism, and verify the superior performance of the IMDPGE additive. No confidential or restricted data are included.
