mRNA expression profiling of BLM-Induced pulmonary fibrosis in rat

Pulmonary fibrosis includes a variety of underlying causes of fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Pulmonary fibrosis is usually considered to be related to chronic inflammation of lung tissue and excessive proliferation of fibroblasts, however, the mechanism is complex and unclear.To study the underlying molecular mechanisms, we further applied high-throughput sequencing to analyze the differentially expressed genes in rat lung tissues induced by Bleomycin.肺纤维化涵盖多种可引发纤维化性间质性肺疾病（fibrosing interstitial lung diseases, ILDs）的潜在病因。目前学界普遍认为肺纤维化与肺组织慢性炎症及成纤维细胞过度增殖相关，但其具体发病机制复杂且尚未阐明。为探究其潜在分子机制，本研究进一步采用高通量测序技术，分析博莱霉素（Bleomycin）诱导的大鼠肺组织中的差异表达基因。
