Supporting Data for "A Stage-Based Model for Adopting Integrated Digital Delivery Towards Smart and Sustainable Construction in Hong Kong"

The research seeks to identify and evaluate the influential issues associated with the adoption and implementation of IDD and also provide insights into the critical strategies needed for the adoption of IDD in Hong Kong. Analytical models of the critical issues based on the research findings will be developed to enable the adoption of IDD in Hong Kong building projects to achieve sustainable construction. It is envisioned that this study will potentially contribute to regional and industrial strategies focused on the digital transformation of construction for sustainable development in the region. The data was collected from 102 professionals and 13 specialists within Hong Kong's construction industry. The datasets are meant to evaluate the drivers, barrier, strategies and decision-making factors that regulate and influence the adoption of IDD in Hong Kong.
