Co-regulation of plant defense by paired Trihelix transcript factors in Arabidopsis

Transcriptomic analysis of Col-0 and AITF1 overexpressing transgenic plants was used to screen the differentially expressed genes between AITF1 overexpressing transgenic plants and Col-0.
