This project provides near-fault ground motion recordings from the 2022 Chihshang, Taiwan, earthquake sequence, including the M6.5 Guanshan foreshock and the M6.9 Chihshang mainshock. The baseline-corrected time histories retain key near-field effects, including dynamic velocity pulses primarily caused by forward rupture directivity, and fling-step pulses that result in permanent displacement offsets. Estimated permanent displacements derived from the processed records show good agreement with independent GNSS measurements.
