Mice humanised with IBD microbiota underwent DSS treatment to simulate colitis, and then were treated with bowel prep or absence thereof. Bacterial DNA isolated from feces and mesenteric lymph nodes was sequenced for the V4 region of 16S rRNA. Human fecal isolates used to generate mouse lines are included.
