RNA Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of lncSync-null and wild-type mouse heart cardiomyocytes

Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare miRNAs enriched in lncSync-null mouse heart cardiomyoctes to discover mechanism of lncSync in mamalian development. e13.5 and adult heart cardiomyoctes from lncSync-null and wildtype研究目的：本研究旨在对比lncSync缺失型小鼠心脏心肌细胞中富集的微小RNA（miRNAs），以阐明lncSync在哺乳动物发育中的作用机制。本研究的样本取自胚胎期13.5天（e13.5）及成年的lncSync缺失型和野生型（wildtype）小鼠的心脏心肌细胞。
