资源简介:
The Actinemys marmorata (western pond turtle) is a freshwater turtle that once ranged across the Pacific Coast of North America from Mexico to Canada before declining in number. It is still locally common in parts of California and Oregon and uses a wide variety of freshwater habitats, ranging from streams and rivers to ponds and lakes. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core. Genome assembly was generated using the CCGP Assembly pipeline V2.0. For more information, go to: ccgproject.org
