The dataset provides the data computed for the research project "Active Learning with Gaussian Process Regression and Physical Models for Robust SNR Estimation". The experimental data was obtained in the setup of 34.5 GBd 16-QAM transmission with a 10 spans of 100 km standard fiber using the coherent receiver and processed with Matlab and Python. The transmitted signal is synthesized using the 16 iTLAs bulk modulated by a modified Ciena WaveLogic 3 line card.
