RNA-seq analysis of SuanZaoRen Decoction treatment in APP/PS1 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease

This project aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of SuanZaoRen Decoction (SZRD) in the APP/PS1 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease using high-throughput RNA sequencing. Hippocampal tissues from model mice and SZRD-treated mice were collected for transcriptome profiling to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways related to neuroinflammation and microglial polarization. Raw sequencing data and processed expression matrices are included in this submission.
