We add new transcripts with protein coding potential to the reference gene sequence to form a complete reference sequence, and then calculate gene expression levels. Finally, for multiple samples, we detect differentially expressed genes between different samples according to demand, and perform in-depth clustering analysis and functional enrichment analysis on the differentially expressed genes, etc.
