Dataset for "Low-coherence image-plane digital holography for en face imaging of biological scattering specimens"

This dataset contains raw and processed data and MATLAB R2018b-compatible scripts used to reproduce the figures in the manuscript “Low-coherence image-plane digital holography for en face imaging of biological scattering specimens.” The dataset includes raw off-axis holograms, delay-scan TIFF stacks, a processed complex data cube, and figure-specific MATLAB scripts for Fourier sideband isolation, image-plane field reconstruction, numerical Fresnel refocusing, Tamura autofocus, and pseudo-B-scan display generation.
