Map of Landscape and Archaeological Constraint

This map, covering the entire regional territory, uses as a topographical basis the small-scale base map and indicates both the landscape constraints under Law 1497/39 issued in 1985, with the exclusion of the categories of property provided for in Article 1 of Law 431/85, with the identification of the limits of the areas in which any modification of the spatial planning until 31/12/86, areas referred to in DD.MM is prohibited. 21/06/85; the areas of archaeological interest have been indicated by the Archaeological Superintendence for Abruzzo and concern: — Necropolis; — Inhabited; — Isolated presence; — Villa — Sanctuary; — Isolated artifact; — Caves and shelters; — Reintegrated and unintegrated tracts.
