A reduced version of the full data set for the seed germination survey conducted at Barro Colorado Island, Panama. The reduced version includes just the one record for each species. The single record is believed to best represent the germination of the species. The reduced data set is included twice in comma and tab delimited formats. Supplement 1 Table A describes all fields in the data file. Supplement 1 Tables B through H define codes included in each field.
