We constructed LSL-KrasG12D/+ and Spc-Cre;LSL-KrasG12D/+ mice to investigate the role of microRNA in the pathogenesis of lung cancer Overall design: LSL-KrasG12D/+ and Spc-Cre;KrasLSL-G12D/+ mice at 9 months were anesthetized and resected for lung tissue, followed by PBS wash for 3 times. The lung tissues from indicated mice were subject to RNA extraction and human microRNA array detection to identify those miRNAs having identical sequences in both human and mouse.
