Supplementary Materials: Classification Framework and Models

This repository contains code and data for DFG subject area classification using deep learning and traditional machine learning. It includes training scripts for TF-IDF–based models and transformer-based classifiers such as SciBERT, along with evaluation metrics and prepared datasets. Please note that the dataset is not permitted to be published and is therefore not publicly available.
