资源简介:
Size and thermal tolerance data for bull trout acclimated to 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, or 21 °C for approximately three weeks (exact dates included in file).
Weights of juvenile bull trout were recorded before and after acclimation to assess growth (tab 1). Half the fish at each temperature (n=15) were sampled at the end of the acclimation period to collect gill, liver, and muscle tissue for transcript analysis (group "Acclimation"; weight and length recorded in tab 2). The other half (n=15) were put through a critical thermal maximum testing protocol the following day (group "Ctmax"; weight, length, agitation temperature, and critical thermal maximum recorded in tab 2).
