16s rRNA sequencing of AP mice with Blautia coccoides gavage

Gut dysbiosis critically contributes to the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis (AP), yet targeted microbiota-based therapies remain limited. Clinical evidence reveals that the abundance of the Blautia is significantly decreased in AP patients, which is negatively correlating with disease severity. This study aimed to investigate the protective role of Blautia coccoides and elucidate its underlying mechanisms in alleviating AP.
