资源简介:
The strain has strong adaptability to high-temperature conditions and can colonize, which is the prerequisite for microbial fermentation to improve the quality of tobacco leaves during the curing. Here, a strain of Wickerhamomyces anomalus (J32) was obtained from Maotai high-temperature Daqu with high-temperature tolerance and aroma production. The colonization of J32 in tobacco was observed by green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene labeling technique and scanning electron microscope (SEM), and its effects on microbial community and quality of tobacco leaves were investigated.
