资源简介:
This dataset contains raw and processed data of mechanical tests performed on four species of cross-laminated timber (CLT) exposed to biodeterioration by two brown rot fungi (Gloeophyllum trabeum (Pers.: Fr.) Murr. (isolate # Madison 617) and Rhodonia placenta (Fr) Niemela, Larss, and Schagel (Isolate No. Mad 698).). Cyclic tests, with 10 replicates per test series, were conducted on decayed connection assemblies after 0, 10, 20 , 30, 40, 52 and 78 weeks. Dowel bearing tests, with seven replicates per test series, were conducted for small samples harvested from the undamaged portion of the connection assemblies from the cyclic tests. The dowel bearing tests were only conducted for three CLT species and examined for only up to 40 weeks of biodeterioration. Mass loss due to fungal action data from all cyclic tests was recorded. Additionally, Seismic Analysis of Wood frame Shear walls (SAWS) model parameters, which were developed for the cyclic tests through the first 40 weeks of fungal exposure, are included. In summary, the raw dataset contains load-displacement data collected during cyclic test for all connections tested, load-displacement data collected during dowel bearing test of CLT and mass data recorded before and after decay of the connection assemblies. On the other hand, the processed dataset contains load-displacement backbone data developed from the raw cyclic test data, SAWS parameters, equally developed using the raw cyclic test data, and yield force for all the CLT samples tested for dowel bearing strength.
