PAC polymers of different degrees of polymerization (DP) were used to stimulate murine RAW macrophages. PAC polymers of different DP were purified from grape pomace. RAW 246.7 macrophages were either mock treated or stimulated with lipopolysaccahride (LPS), and then exposed to the different PAC polymers.
