The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Autal” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The scope of the development plan extends on the eastern outskirts of the municipality, on both sides of the extension of the ‘Fahnengasse’. The area of application in the north is limited by the northern edge of the “Aubach” or the “Heimbach Weg”.
