Wireless, closed-loop, smart bandage with integrated sensors and stimulators for advanced wound care and accelerated healing

We quantify the effects of electrical stimulation on murine cells at the cellular and transcriptomic level using single cell RNA-sequencing. We characterize circulating cells and compare them to unstimulated circulating cells. Overall design: scRNA-seq was performed on murine cells collected from parabiome excisional wounds. Cells labeled as GFP+ were isolated and sequenced to analyze cells in the circulation that hone to the wound upon treatment.
