The energy spectrum of all solar proton data of solar cycle 24 was obtained by fitting the Weibull function using GOES satellite high-energy particle detector data. The Monte Carlo simulation tool GEANT4 is used to simulate the charging rate of the core sensor test mass of the gravitational wave detector under solar energetic particle bombardment.
