资源简介:
qPCR Biomarker and Tight Junction Data.xlsx: An Excel file presenting real-time polymerase chain reaction data on biomarker expression from murine intestinal organoids.
Murine intestinal crypts were directed to form organoids that were highly enriched in in stem cells, absorbtive enterocytes, secretory goblet or Paneth cells. Within the data these sub-types are referred to as ISC, ENT, GOB and PAN respectively. Data are also included on organoids with all of the above cell types (TYP), isolated intestinal crypts (CRY) and homogenates of intestinal mucosa (HOM). mRNA levels of genes accepted as biomarkers of cell types are presented here, these are typically used to confirm whether directed organoids contain mostly cells of a certain cell type. Data are organised into sheets based on the figures they underly in the related publication.

Dextran Permeability Data.xlsx: An Excel file presenting net fluorescence of 4 and/or 10 kDa FITC-dextran in the lumen of organoids.

Tiff images: Organoids enriched in enterocyte (ENT), Paneth (PAN) and stem (ISC) cells, and incubated in 4 kDa dextran for 10, 30 or 60 min. There were several images stacked for each organoid, and one image represents the top half, and another the bottom half.
