为做好我省海洋渔业生态和资源监测工作，省海洋与渔业局局要求各任务承担单位通过监测数据报送管理软件平台，每年报送监测区域浅海大型底栖动物（定量）数据，数据通过人工采集监测及实验室分析得出且数据周期较长，数据可服务海洋渔业经济健康发展。

To effectively carry out marine fishery ecology and resource monitoring work in our province, the Provincial Department of Marine and Fisheries mandates that all task-implementing units submit annual quantitative data on benthic macrofauna within monitored shallow sea areas through the monitoring data submission and management software platform. This data is derived from manual field monitoring and laboratory analysis, with a relatively long data acquisition cycle, and can support the healthy development of the marine fishery economy.
