Study that compares three commonly used event-based differential splicing tools: rMATS, MISO, and SUPPA2 Overall design: Three tools were investigated for their analysis speed, usage of RAM as well as CPU load average. Different datasets of varying read depth (30MM, 100MM, and 300MM, 2v2) and amount of replicates (2, 3, 10 replicates) were analysed with three differential splicing tools rMATS, MISO and SUPPA2.
