资源简介:
This dataset contains supplemental figures accompanying the manuscript:“Pregnancy-Dependent Cardioprotection via GPER Activation in Dahl Salt-Sensitive Rats with Superimposed Preeclampsia”ContentsFigure S1. Circulating cardiac troponin I levels and correlation with global longitudinal strain (GLS) in virgin and pregnant Dahl SS/Jr rats treated with vehicle or LNS8801.Figure S2. Circulating levels of sFLT-1, PlGF, and the sFLT-1/PlGF ratio in virgin and pregnant rats, showing pregnancy- and treatment-dependent effects.Figure S3. Organ-specific mRNA expression of GPER (heart, aorta, kidney, placenta) in virgin and pregnant rats treated with vehicle or LNS8801.Figure S4. Correlation between litter size and maternal outcomes (body weight, heart weight, blood pressure, proteinuria, cardiac strain).Figure S5. Effects of oral LNS8801 at different doses on mean arterial pressure and cardiac function in pregnant Dahl SS/Jr rats.Figure S6. Maternal body weight dynamics over the 20-day protocol in virgin and pregnant rats treated with vehicle or LNS8801.Description: This dataset contains supplemental figures from experimental studies investigating the effects of GPER activation with the selective agonist LNS8801 in virgin and pregnant Dahl SS/Jr rats. The experiments assessed cardiovascular, renal, and placental outcomes to determine pregnancy-dependent cardioprotective effects in the setting of superimposed preeclampsia. Data include measurements of circulating biomarkers (cardiac troponin I, sFLT-1, PlGF), organ-specific GPER expression, maternal hemodynamics, cardiac function, and body weight dynamics. These supplemental materials provide additional mechanistic and phenotypic evidence supporting the findings reported in the manuscript.Code/softwareNo custom code or scripts were generated for this dataset. All supplemental figures are provided as PDF files, which can be viewed with any standard PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on macOS).Access informationOther publicly accessible locations of the data:None.Data was derived from the following sources:Not applicable; all data were generated in-house from the experimental work described in the manuscript.
