资源简介:
Time course experiments involving bilateral renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) in C57BL/6J mice (0 hr control, 20 min bilateral ischemia without reperfusion, 4, 16, 24, 36, 48, and 72 hrs post IRI). This dataset also includes IRI at 48 hrs and 72 hrs in Azin1 A-to-I locked and Azin1 A-to-I uneditable mice. Overall design: Ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) was performed under isoflurane anesthesia. Prior to surgery, mice were given extended-release buprenorphine at a dose of 3.25 mg/kg. The mice were subjected to a 20-minute bilateral renal pedicle clamp followed by reperfusion. Kidney tissues were harvested at the following time points: control without IRI, 20 min after ischemia without reperfusion, 4, 16, 24, 36, 48, or 72 hrs after IRI. A heating pad was used to ensure their rectal temperature remained above 36 °C throughout the surgical procedure. No antibiotics or fluid resuscitation were administered.
