Benchmark datasets that were used to evaluate the Snowball assembler. Each dataset consist of two files, one containing first read-ends, the second containing second read-ends. Datasets 1-21 contain simulated reads of 3-9 closely related E.Coli strains. Dataset 22 contains simulated reads of 10 closely related Rhizobia strains.
