Gene expression data in aortic tissue from rats with experimental preeclampsia, healthy pregnancy and non pregnant rats

Whole aortic tissue was isolated from rats with low-dose LPS-induced preeclampsia, healthy pregnant and non-pregnant rats. Gene expression was measured by a whole genome microarray.完整主动脉组织取自低剂量脂多糖（LPS）诱导的子痫前期大鼠、健康妊娠大鼠与未妊娠大鼠。采用全基因组微阵列技术检测各组样本的基因表达水平。
