Comscore’s CTV/OTT behavioral data provides a rich set of data based on connected TV (CTV) and over-the-top (OTT) viewership behaviors. Powered by Comscore’s Total Home Panel™, this dataset helps brands identify and reach often elusive SVOD and heavy streaming consumers, including viewers of select services such as Amazon, Hulu, Netflix and YouTube. Comscore’s router-based Total Home Panel passively measures tens of thousands of WiFi-connected devices and is built to continue capturing new technology as it emerges. Comscore leverages deterministic streaming data from the Total Home Panel as a seed set and source of truth. Seed set behaviors are extended to the entire Comscore census network via rigorous precision modeling techniques for each CTV/OTT behavior to ensure accuracy and scalability, all while preserving panelist privacy.
